  • Backtested results are hypothetical and may not reflect actual trading

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
